On behalf of the Coconut Key Homeowners Association, we welcome you to our website. This Website was created to provide information and services to the residents of Coconut Key. Our community, in Margate, is comprised of 200 Townhomes, of which approximately 76 are waterfront properties on two lakes. 

The mission of the Board of Directors is to keep all members informed, but we can't do it without your help. Thank you for your input and we hope you enjoy OUR website. After you have looked our pages over, please take a few minutes to tell us how we are doing by sending us an email message.

Coconut Key Maintenance Fees ...   2012

The Board of Directors approved the 2012 Budget on December 13, 2011.  The fee is $262.00 monthly.  The new coupon books will be mailed to you directly from the new bank, they should be arriving by the beginning of 12/27/2011.

These fees are due the 1st of each month.   

All maintenance checks MUST be made payable to:
