RULES AND REGULATIONS - FOR ALL RESIDENTS AND OWNERS

The Board of Directors revised the Rules and Regulations at the last Board of Directors meeting held on January 18, 2011.   

Your adherence to these revised Rules and Regulations will assure that all residents will be able to enjoy the community, while at the same time protecting the property.  It is up to us to maintain a safe and beautiful Community!!!  Please select the link below to view the revised Rules and Regulations.

MAINTENANCE FEES:

Maintenance Fees are due on the 1st of each month in the amount of $262.00 for the year 2012.

Payments are considered late if received after the 10th of the month.

If you are utilizing "Bill Pay" via your financial institution, please be sure to have  them release the payment at least seven to ten (7 to 10) days prior to due date as there is a processing time.
